Perry Street Boutique Hotel occupies a restored 1862 Victorian building in Mudgee's town centre. The two-storey property retains original cornices and arched corridors throughout its 13 suites. Each suite blends tradition with contemporary styling, offering a distinctly urban influence within the historic shell.

All 13 air-conditioned suites include a dining and lounge area with DVD player and iPod docking station. En suite bathrooms have bathtubs, fluffy bath robes and slippers; some rooms add a spa bath, a coffee machine or a balcony.
